Returns & Exchanges

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily accept items for return and offer you an online store credit. Items for return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items for return must be in the original packaging and in new, unwashed and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.) and odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.) The Jorjanna Return/Exchange form must be included in the return packaging. Email info@ShopJorjanna.com to request a copy of the return/exchange form.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once they are verified to be unaltered, unworn and in perfectly new condition we will issue Jorjanna credit for the purchase price (minus the initial cost of shipping). Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Jorjanna credit will be issued as an electronic gift card. We will email you once your online store credit has been issued. 

All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE

If a final sale item is shipped back to Jorjanna and/or an item that doesn't meet the parameters listed above, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer. Jorjanna holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility. 

Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns. 

 


 

At our sole discretion, ShopJorjanna.com reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges section.
